Vitamin A,B,C,D,E - The REAL secrets to healthy, glowing smooth skin!

When i say vitamins what comes to your mind?
For me only one word.. VEGETABLES!

Do any of my readers agree that if they had a choice between veggies, nuts, diary, wholegrains or chocolate cake, they would pick the cake like me? Lets face it up until this year 80% of what i ate was junk. Until i realised that my skin was breaking out worse than ever, my pours were HUGE and i was getting pimples all over. Then it became so oily and then so dry. At one point my eye bags were so deep and dark it looked like i had been punched in both eyes and i was loosing more hair on my head than normal. I woke up one day and promised myself enough is enough and i did my research..

Amazing skin begins with a healthy lifestyle I'm about too talk about is real and has been proven to improve your skin, hair, body and all over lifestyle! (Sorry lovelies this is going to be a long post, but i promiseee it will benefit you)

I really didn't know how important some foods were and what vitamins they provided my body until i was in the middle of a breakdown. I mean i spent the last two years as a lost soul. I couldn't eat or sleep. I would smoke way too much (guilty of still doing that) eat very little and live off of lollies or takeaway. Somedays nothing at all. Drinking water? That used to be my last choice! I was under high levels of stress and anxiety and it was taking the biggest tole on my face, body and over all mental health. Below i will talk about what all five vitamins (A B C D E) are and will do for you.

You are advised to eat at least five servings of vegetables and fruit are day. It is known as "A C E" A. to prevent aging C. to promote clarity E. to protect against the enviroment.

Vitamin A - Dairy

Essential for the renewal of skin cells.

Vitamin B - Yeast, Eggs, Vegetables

Increases fat acid in skin which helps to add firmness

Vitamin C - Citrus fruits, Broccoli, Peppers, Berries & Tomatoes

This is the protein that gives skin its tone and elasticity (Plus its great for your immune system)

Vitamin D - Salmon, Fortified Milk, Diary

Development of skin cells

Vitamin E - Wheat, Wholegrains, Leafy Greens, Nuts

Maintains healthy skin tissue

All of these foods are essential for maintaing healthy skin and growing hair and nails. It might not seem like much but in the last three months my skin and my hair has improved. I don't eat five servings of each a day. Somedays it will be salad somedays it will be fruit but what i swear by is a green juice/smoothy once or twice a day. Not only does it wakeup my body and give me energy all day it tastes great too! All you need is a blender (or a juice store) - One green apple, One celery stick, one silver beet stick, One cucumber and half a lemon. I like to add a little bit of ice too so its more like a smoothie and not a juice.

Has anybody had the same issues and tried this or something similar? Let me know in the comments if you have or if you do this and notice a change! It took me about a week to notice my skin clearing!
